We have high speed punch presses ranging from 24 ton to 90 ton, rotary capabilities, and a CNC Traveling Head press with auto nesting software for maximum material yield. Our die cutting operations assure cost effectiveness and flexibility on all die cut parts.

• SLITTING - We can slit and or shear all materials and give you the exact coil width or strip size you need. Our slitting equipment range from a paper shear with MircoCut precision progression to roll cutters with Servo precision progression.

• LAMINATING - Do you need a PSA on your part? We can laminate and inline slit strip widths 2" or higher on almost all the materials we process. Our "kiss cutting" makes your assembly process very efficient.

• SPECIAL PACKAGING - AFGCO can bag, label, bar code and kit to your specifications
